Custom websites  /  Small business software  /  Project planning

Websites built around how your business runs.

OpsBuilt designs custom websites, builds software for small businesses, and gives straight answers on what to build first. Based in Belington, West Virginia. We're also the team behind OBPrint.

01 Web design

Your website, designed for the call you want.

Every page is planned around one job: get the visitor to call, book, buy, or ask for a quote. We design it, build it, and stay reachable after launch.

  • Design
  • Build
  • Launch
  • Support

02 Software

Software that fits how your shop already works.

Quoting, scheduling, job tracking, the spreadsheet nobody wants to touch. We build the tool around your process so your team doesn't have to relearn their day to use it.

Proof: OBPrint (opens in a new tab), our quoting and production software for print and sign shops.

03 Planning & consulting

Plan the build before you pay for it.

Bring the idea, the half-finished app, or the quote you don't trust. We'll tell you what to build, what to skip, and what to ask any developer. Including us.

Tell us what you need.

A short call, a scope in plain English, and a clear next step.

How it works

From rough idea to live, in four steps.

  1. 01

Plan: start with how you work

We talk through how your business runs, who your customers are, and what the site or tool needs to do. You get a scope in plain English: what we build first, what can wait, and what it costs.

  2. 02

Design: see it before it's built

You see the layout and the look before any code gets written. Every page gets one clear job, like getting a call or a quote request.

  3. 03

    Build: made to fit

We build it around your process instead of forcing your process into a template. You see progress as it comes together and can change course early.

  4. 04

    Launch: live and working

We put it live on your domain, send your forms straight to where you actually work, and stay reachable after launch.

Software we build

Front to back, and everything it connects to.

Every example below is something we've shipped and still run.

Front ends

The part people see and use every day: web apps, dashboards, and customer portals that work on a phone at the press or a desk in the office.

  • Web apps
  • Dashboards
  • Customer portals
  • Installable phone apps
  • Browser extensions

From our projects: a production board, a customer portal, and a social feed for shop owners.

Back ends

The engine underneath: databases, user accounts, permissions, and APIs that keep each customer's data in its own lane.

  • Databases
  • User accounts
  • Roles & permissions
  • APIs
  • File storage

One of our projects runs on more than 200 backend functions.

Integrations

Your new tool talks to the ones you already pay for, so nobody types the same order in twice.

  • Stripe payments
  • QuickBooks
  • Text messages
  • Email
  • Shopify
  • Supplier catalogs

Our projects pull live supplier catalogs and sync with QuickBooks.

Automation & AI

The busywork handled for you: reminders, follow-ups, and an assistant that drafts the reply so you only have to approve it.

  • Automated emails
  • Lead follow-up
  • Reminders
  • AI assistants

One of our projects has an AI assistant that drafts replies to new leads for a person to review.

Me at the computer desk.

Who's behind OpsBuilt

I'm Dustin. I've been fixing systems since I could reach the keyboard.

I've always been the fixer, the one people call when something is broken or doesn't make sense. As long as I can remember, I've been hooked on systems and tech.

In 2007 I started doing graphic design to make art for my music, and building MySpace pages that looked nothing like the default. I've been sharpening those skills ever since.

In 2017 I opened Bigfoot Designs, a screen printing, embroidery, and sign shop in Belington, West Virginia. Running it showed me how much a small business leans on its systems, so I built OBPrint to run ours. OpsBuilt is that same work, pointed at other businesses.
