Privacy Policy
OpsBuilt LLC ("OpsBuilt," "we," "us") runs this website. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what you send us through the contact form, we use it to reply about your project, and we don't sell it or use it for ads.
What we collect
Information you give us
When you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, business name, email, phone number, what you need, your budget range, and your message. Only your name, email, and message are required.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) records basic technical details when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the time. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.
- Analytics, only if you allow it. If you turn on analytics in the privacy banner, Vercel Web Analytics counts page views. It records the page address (without any query string), the referring site, your country, and your device, browser, and operating system type. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't follow you across other websites, and doesn't store your IP address. Visitors are counted using a daily, one-way hash that can't be used to identify you. - Spam protection. When you send the contact form, our system stores a one-way hash of your IP address (not the address itself) to limit repeated submissions.
- Your cookie choice. We save your privacy choice in your browser so we don't ask again on every visit. See Cookies and similar tech.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party fonts. Fonts, images, and videos on this site load from our own server.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and talk through your project
- To prepare a quote or project scope
- To run our business, including keeping records of client communication
- To protect the site and our systems from spam and abuse
- To meet legal obligations
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for targeted advertising.
Who we share it with
Contact form submissions go into OBPrint, the business software we build and run, which stores data with Supabase, a cloud database provider, on servers in the United States. We also use Vercel to host this website and, if you allow it, to provide analytics, plus providers to send and receive email. These providers process information for us and may only use it to provide their services.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.
This site links to other websites, including projects we've built. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.
Cookies and similar tech
We only use what the site needs to work:

Analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to see which pages are useful. It's off by default: the analytics script isn't even loaded until you choose "Allow all" or turn on Analytics and save. If you later turn it off, the page reloads without it. We'll update this policy before adding any other optional tools.
You can change your choice anytime with the link in the footer of every page. We honor the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser sends it, we treat it as a choice to turn optional tracking off.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries and project communication as long as we need them to respond, do the work, and keep normal business records. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless we need to keep it for a legal or accounting reason.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information we have about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Stop contacting you
Depending on where you live, state laws such as those in California, Virginia, Colorado, and Connecticut may give you additional rights. We won't treat you differently for using them. To make a request, email us at the address below. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it.
Children
This site is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure, so please don't send sensitive information such as passwords or payment details through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date above. For significant changes, we'll make it clear on this page.
